Guy Weinstein
CEO & Founder
As a multitalented entrepreneur, Guy brings to the company extensive experience in hi-tech semiconductor materials and fabrication processes, as well as over five years of sales and marketing experience in the cellular battery industry. Starting his career at the Israeli Aircraft Industry performing non-destructive tests on F4 fighter aircrafts, Guy later moved to 3M Aerospace, where he was extensively involved with the designing of structural parts of the Boeing 777 passenger aircraft. Recognizing the market need for unique mobile power solutions, Guy founded Techtium Ltd. and led its research and development team, which went on to develop patented battery charging technologies. For over 10 years, Guy has been the driving force behind the company’s most recent focus, ICs for efficient power. Guy holds a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.
Dror Manor
VP Research & Development and Co-Founder
Dror brings extensive experience in the design of analog power circuitry for mission critical projects ranging from fighter jets to precision laser medical equipment. Through his work with Telrad Networks, a global leader in the telecommunications industry whose innovative technology is vital to Israel’s Security Services, Dror brings to Techtium an in-depth knowledge of power requirements for communications systems. An innovator at heart, Dror has multiple patents and patents pending credited to his name in the fields of high-efficiency power conversion and battery technology. For the past 10 years, Dror has been using his vast experience to head the R&D team and drive the company to innovative technological accomplishments. Dror holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology.
Pascal Lebens
General Manager IC design center
Pascal brings extensive experience in the design of mixed signal ASIC’s for medical, automotive, industrial and consumer markets. Starting his career at a (later) GE devision developing communication equipment he moved to Flextronics Semiconductor. Here he was the leading engineer / system architect in developing custom IC’s. In 2006 together with a small team of experienced IC developers he build Techtium BV. Now Pascal is the general manager of Techtium BV. Pascal holds a B.Sc. degree Electronics / Information technology from the Hogeschool Heerlen.
Oren Giditz
Chief Financial Officer
Oren Giditz has been with Techtium since 2007, and brings with him 10 years of experience in providing financial services, mainly to Israeli startups and high-tech companies. Previous to Techtium, Oren worked as a senior manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers - Kesselman & Kesselman, were he was responsible for the financial reporting and building complex deals for both privately held and public companies. Oren is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant, and received his MBA and BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University.
