Isaac Hillel
Pitango Board Member
Mr. Isaac Hillel has extensive experience in international general management in the IT industry, with strong knowledge of the European marketplace. Prior to joining Pitango in early 2000, Mr. Hillel served as an Executive Vice President at NEC Computers International (previously Packard Bell NEC) (“NEC”), in charge of the Computer Divisions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. During his tenure at NEC, he established the operation in Europe, set up subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, managed mergers and joint ventures, and led the company to become the leading brand in the computer market with over $1.5 billion in sales.
He also served as a Board member of nine subsidiaries of NEC, a member of NEC’s Executive Committee, and Chairman of its Worldwide Internet Strategy Committee. Mr. Hillel previously held several marketing positions with consumer electronics maker Casio PhoneMate.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Mr. Hillel currently serves on the Board of Directors of: AeroScout, Celeno Communications, Discretix, E4X, Neocrafts and Techtium.
Asher Brockman

Mr. Brockmann brings to Techtium's board over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Techtium in early 2009, Mr. Brockmann with his partners founded Advanced Dicing Technologies LTD (ADT), where he is one of the major shareholder and board member. This company was formed from the purchase in 2003 of semiconductor dicing saw and blade divisions from Kulicke & Soffa (Israel). Prior to founding ADT, Mr. Brockmann worked for 8 years as Vishay's Executive VP for Business Development, responsible for Vishay's investments in Israel and elsewhere around the world, and before he built the build for Vishay the first semiconductor assembly line in Israel. He also built for Vishay's a large factory for producing MLCC. Prior to working at Vishay, Mr. Brockmann worked at Kulicke & Soffa as Corporate VP and general manager in Israel.
Since 2003 Mr. Brockmann has been an independent consultant for high tech companies and start ups in the areas of production, general management and marketing.
Mr. Brockmann holds Mechanical Engineering degrees from the Spring Garden College in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA).
Guy Weinstein
CEO, Founder and board member
As a multitalented entrepreneur, Guy brings to the company extensive experience in hi-tech semiconductor materials and fabrication processes, as well as over five years of sales and marketing experience in the cellular battery industry. Starting his career at the Israeli Aircraft Industry performing non-destructive tests on F4 fighter aircrafts, Guy later moved to 3M Aerospace, where he was extensively involved with the designing of structural parts of the Boeing 777 passenger aircraft. Recognizing the market need for unique mobile power solutions, Guy founded Techtium Ltd. and led its research and development team, which went on to develop patented battery charging technologies.
For over 10 years, Guy has been the driving force behind the company’s most recent focus, ICs for efficient power. Guy holds a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.
